Before You Get Started

Before you get started, here's some three things to know about your Rogue Family Law Document Portal Workflow purchase today.

1. Your purchase comes with access to three valuable resources:

2. We're available to help you with technical questions at any time.

Simply contact the team at support@roguefamilylaw.com and we'll get back to you within 2-3 business days max.

3. It's best to go through the helpful course first, and then get started with your documents in the Document Portal.

The course walks you through the process step-by-step, so it's best to get familiar with the tool, the legal language, and what to expect first.

Follow the steps below to learn how to get started with the Rogue Family Law Document Portal for the first time.

Step 1: Check Your Email Inbox

The first step is to check your email, the one you used to checkout. You should have received several emails after purchase, including:

  • An email from the site with an invitation to set your RogueFamilyLaw.com account password
  • A welcome email from the team with welcome instructions
  • receipt that contains your order number and purchase details
  • Workflow URL Email with the subject line, "Your Document Portal Workflow Link"

Here's what your RogueFamilyLaw.com password set email will look like:

Please take a moment to find the Account Details email and set your RogueFamilyLaw.com password so you can access your past orders and the Document Portal Help Course right away.

If you didn't get any of these emails to the email you used in checkout, then please contact us at support@roguefamilylaw.com and we'll get you squared away.

Step 2: Log into the Rogue Family Law Site

At RogueFamilyLaw.com/Accountlog in using your billing email and the password you set.

If you didn't get your "set password," email, or had trouble setting a password, go through the "Reset Password" steps on the Account page by clicking, "Lost Your Password."

Once you're able to log in, you should see your account page where you can access your past orders and manage your information.

Step 3: Access the Document Portal Help Course

Next, make sure you can access the helpful Document Portal Help Course which gives you lots of helpful information about the materials you need to gather, plain language legal definitions, and tips for moving through the platform.

You can easily access the workflows from the menu under My Account, or click the button below.

Note: You must be logged in at RogueFamilyLaw.com/Account and have purchased access to the Document Portal Platform in order to open the course. If you have any  issues, please contact the support email and we'll help you.

Step 4: Follow the Steps in the Course

The course walks you through what you need to know to successfully complete the forms, starting with gathering documents all the way to what to do after you complete your workflows.

While it's not required to go through the course to complete the forms, it's highly recommended as it provides extra information, helpful tips, and guides from Samantha D. Malloy.

If you have questions at any point, please feel free to reach out at support@roguefamilylaw.com.

Step 5: Go Through Your Workflow

When you have a good handle on the materials you need to gather, go ahead and start your purchased Workflow on the Document Portal.

Note that your workflow URL will be in your invoice found in the "Orders" section, as well as in an email with the subject line, "Your Document Portal Workflow Link."

You'll need to do a few things before you can start:

  • Create an Account on the Document Portal (instructions are found in the course)
  • Click the link to your workflow, found in your invoice and in email, and start the flow.
  • Make sure that you are logged into your account when you click the workflow link and save the workflow for future use so you can access your answers again  and continue where you left off

We've written complete steps for how to do all of this in the FREE help course included with your purchase, so please refer back to it as often as needed as you complete your workflow.
