About our Founder, Samantha D. Malloy
Our Orientation, Legal Workshops, Consulting Sessions, and Case Management Coaching programs are led by experienced family lawyer Samantha D. Malloy, a leading Oregon Family Law attorney. She's been rated as a "Super Lawyer" in every year since 2020, and has over 30 years experience handling complex family law cases in Oregon, Florida, and New York. She's also won the American Jurisprudence Award in Child, Parent and State and the Aileen Haas Schwartz Award for Outstanding Work in the Field of Children's Law.

Yes! We've designed our process to give you information and options at every step of the way. The first step is to apply to work with us so we can determine if we can legally work with you. The next step is to attend a live or guided Legal Orientation, where you'll get a good idea about the divorce process, your options as a litigant, and your options with Rogue Family Law.
Yes! Our products were designed and tested so that you don't HAVE to be technical in navigate the courseware or fill out the questionnaire and get your legal documents. But if at any point you get stuck, you'll have a personable support contact who can help you out.
Yes! We built this system knowing that not everyone will have their own personal computer. If you need to use a public computer (like in a library or at a friend or family member's house), please make sure that you're using a private or incognito window to access your login. If you need to use a public computer to attend a 1:1 call with us, just let us know so we can make adjustments if needed.
No, we no longer go to court for family law cases. We can, however, help you with everything else including developing a legal strategy, creating legal documents for court, and preparing you for your mediation or IDRT.
