Issue: "Can I hire a Rogue Family Law Attorney to represent me in court?"

No. At Rogue Family Law, we offer “limited scope” or “unbundled” legal services.

So while we will work with you to navigate your case in a way that cuts costs, speeds up your resolution and minimizes conflict, we don’t work for you to go to court as your representative. Even if your case can’t be settled (which is your most likely outcome--less than 10% of cases end up in trial), we can help you get ready for trial to narrow what you leave to chance (which is what trial is).

How We Work with You

  • We offer tools to help you create the documents you need
  • We give you guides and worksheets to clarify your goals and your evidence
  • We offer consulting sessions so you can break through any sticking points or overwhelm

What You Will Get by Working With Rogue Family Law:

  • Knowledge and confidence about the process, the law and range of outcomes
  • Clarity about your goals and greater confidence to pursue them
  • Guidance so you can stay on track and on target for your goals.
  • Greater ease to explain your positions -– whether to your partner, a mediator or the judge.

We're not for you if:

  • you can afford and absorb legal fees and costs; and
  • would prefer to have someone else take charge of your case.

We are for you if:

  • You want to have greater control over the tone, timing and costs of your case;
  • Want to keep communication lines open with your spouse, co-parent or domestic partner to find the least disruptive and most creative solutions;
  • You are uncomfortable with the uncertainty of how much your case may cost.

Our mission is to support you with quality legal documents, helpful information, thoughtful advice and practical support. If you don’t want the high-cost-high-stress of traditional representation, we are there so you don't go it alone. Click here to explore all of our services.
