NEWS: Announcing our Breakthrough Orientation On-Demand

By Samantha Malloy

October 2, 2023

As we move into our third year providing Legal Orientations to Oregonians, we are excited to announce an online version (on-demand) of our Legal Orientation! As part of our mission to make quality legal help more affordable, we created a recorded version of our Legal Orientation at a savings of over 25%. This way, you can learn about your rights and responsibilities, the legal process, and the choices you have within it.

We still cover all the topics from our in-person Legal Orientation (in fact, the combined video content alone is over 2 hours!) but have added additional text and materials. Now you can get oriented to your legal case at your own price AND your own pace. You still get the big picture but now it comes with a smaller price.

Purchase the On-Demand Orientation in the Shop (no application required!)

Your purchase includes:

  • Over 2 hours of video
  • Four modules of online lessons giving you a big-picture overview to the family law legal system in Oregon, including the six trial phases, the P.E.A.C.E. model of what will need to be settled, and your options for getting legal help
  • A downloadable workbook you can write in
  • A downloadable guide of materials covered in your four modules
  • Downloads throughout your online lessons

Still want to talk to an attorney? No problem. After you finish your Legal Orientation (course), you can apply for, buy, and schedule consulting sessions (subject to application acceptance):

  • in whatever length of time you need (15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes)
  • to tackle specific questions and concerns
  • to get legal advice and strategy

The On-Demand Legal Orientation does not require an application because it is information and education, not legal advice. If we can’t work with you one-on-one because of a conflict, you can still use the on-demand Legal Orientation.

Got the big picture but want to focus on particular issue(s)? No problem. We offer a range of on-demand courses and in-person workshops (with a Rogue Family Law attorney)  to cover legal and procedural topics. Check out our courses here

Finally, you can also sign up for our Case Management Coaching Program to get one-on-one guidance and accountability from our founder, Samantha D. Malloy.

(Note: Before you can sign up for either the consulting sessions or the coaching, you will need to fill out an application so we can rule out conflicts and make sure we are the right fit for what you need.)

Thank you for being a part of our journey to make family law more accessible, affordable, and successful for families in Oregon.
